With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Christopher J. Masino, SIOR is a seasoned professional at both commercial property leasing and sales. Since receiving his California real estate salesperson license in 2002, Chris has closed hundreds of sale and lease transactions, producing multiple-millions of dollars in sales revenue for his clients.

After receiving a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University, Chris elected to incorporate his growing book of business as Masino Industrial Consulting, Inc. in 2007.

In 2009, Chris achieved the prestigious SIOR Industrial Specialist designation awarded by the SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS®, the professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.

In 2011, he obtained his California real estate brokerage license and subsequently launched Masino Commercial Real Estate Services as a local, independent commercial real estate brokerage firm.

With over 20 years of experience, Marianne Masino is an expert at project management, relationship development, and professional communications.  In her role, she implements all strategic marketing initiatives including: graphic design and content delivery, social media and online marketing, direct mailing initiatives, and promotional activities.

Associates – specialized members of the sales force. In their role, they develop new business, service existing clientele, and complete transactions regularly. The position is ideal for someone who possesses enthusiasm, creates value for consumers, delivers high-quality services, and enjoys a challenging yet fluid work environment. Some of the specific tasks Associates should be expected to perform are to:

  • Conduct marketing campaigns using a multi-channel approach including telephone, email, and personal selling.
  • Promote warehouse, office, land, investment, and other commercial real estate products
  • Deliver negotiation expertise, market research, and consultation services
  • Meet with clientele to tour commercial real estate and provide recommendations
  • Prepare transaction proposals and generate legal documentation
  • Maintain a contact relationship management (CRM) system and database of information
  • Oversee development of a personal business plan of action and management of all activities
  • Ongoing professional development
  • Associates must hold a valid real estate license as issued by the California Bureau of Real Estate

Just a friendly reminder, as busy as the season gets for small business owners, take time to step away and enjoy the moments. I took a ride to take in the holiday light displays in Old Town Temecula and stumbled upon the remodeled Palomar Inn @palomar_inn_old_town_temecula_ ,where we received a glass of hot German cider and a personal tour. You have to check out this venue for unique weddings and gatherings. Also something fun to catch right outside is a wine tour with @temeculaexecutivelimos. As always, Temecula is shining bright this time of year and it was such a lovely night for a Vespa ride with my wife.
